About the Course
This Everything DiSC® Certification course is designed to increase confidence and expertise in delivering the Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ training program. The activities in this course are designed to provide practice in facilitating small groups, coaching individuals, and navigating challenging scenarios that may arise with participants.
This course utilizes online, self-directed coursework combined with interactive, online classes. Build the credibility and expertise needed to deliver impactful experiences that will help people work better together.

How to build custom training solutions using Everything DiSC on Catalyst.
An exploration of the full Everything DiSC application suite.
What you can expect from DiSC Certification:
Live Classes
You will participate in self-directed, asynchronous learning and live classes. During the live-class sessions, you will engage in partner and small group activities that will help you retain what you learned during the self-directed coursework.
Self-Directed Learning
You will receive access to an online training center where you will complete 15-18 hours of self-directed learning. You will have ongoing access to these engaging, asynchronous learning modules after your course.
Class Project
You will apply your DiSC learning with a culminating project focused on building a unique DiSC Workshop for your organization or clients. You will receive valuable feedback from your classmates and instructors.
Certification Exam
Measure your understanding of key concepts covered during this course. This is an open-book exam, and nothing to stress about. 🙂

An exclusive benefit for Center for Internal Change clients, participants in our online course are invited to attend a live bonus session designed to deepen confidence and readiness to facilitate. Two-Week Online Certification Process
Week 3 (Bonus Session)
Our optional Bonus Session is typically scheduled on the Tuesday or Thursday following the end of your course. As a DiSC Cert grad, you will have an open invitation to all of our future, live Bonus Sessions, which we hold about once a month.
Continued Learning and Ongoing Support
When you choose to attend DiSC Certification through Center for Internal Change, our support continues long after live session four. After your course, you will be enrolled in a reinforcement email series and invited to schedule an onboarding call with your account manager. We will send you our library of recorded train-the-trainers, invite you to our quarterly DiSC Practitioner Forum, and keep you posted on updates and changes to the Everything DiSC suite of products.

*Due to the high rates of shipping internationally, registrants outside of the United States or Canada will only receive an electronic copy of The Everything DiSC Manual. All other physical items can be shipped for an additional $100 USD.

Your certification includes a license for the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE): the new way for DiSC facilitators to access everything you need to run your coaching sessions or workshops. Private Certification Classes
Looking to certify your whole L&D team? We offer private certification classes for groups of 6 or more participants.*
Private courses can be run online, following the same structure as our public course. We’re also able to run a two day, in-person certification for your team.
A course deposit of six seats is required to hold your course dates. Dates must fit around our existing course and training schedule. Please complete our Certification Request form and we will be in touch.
*We are unable to run private certifications for groups of less than six learners. If you have a smaller group, we recommend that your team sign up for one of our public classes instead.

Where will the live sessions take place?
Live, virtual classes on Adobe Connect.
Make sure that you have: a stable internet connection, a quiet room, a webcam, headphones, and a microphone for each of our live sessions.
You will need to download the Adobe Connect application to join the sessions. We strongly encourage all learners to test Adobe Connect prior to your orientation session.
Cancellation and Return Policy
- Cancellations or substitutions must be made at least seven calendar days prior to your orientation. Cancellations made less than seven days before orientation will not be eligible for a refund.*
- Course Change Fee: We do our best to accommodate changing schedules. If you discover that you are unable to make your required session dates, please contact us at least two days prior to your orientation to switch courses. Course changes made less than two days in advance will be charged a $275 course change fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel this course at any time. Should this occur, you will be offered a seat in a future class or a refund for the cost of the sessions.*
*We are unable to accept returns on digital facilitation kits or CPE licenses. If your course is cancelled, you will be responsible for the cost of any facilitation kits or Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE) licenses you received.

Rick Stamm has taught DiSC workshops since 1986. He and Susan Stamm have been teaching and training together using DiSC and other development tools for over 35 years! Jeannie Bril previously ran the DiSC Certification classes for Wiley in Minneapolis, MN. After managing the L&D efforts for a construction management company for two years, Jeannie is back to leading the training course she loves! Brian Miller produces our certification classes. To become DiSC Certified you must complete 18 - 24 hours of self-directed work, attend four, 2-hour live sessions, and complete the Everything DiSC Certification exam. After completing these tasks, you are awarded the title of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.

If you feel confident in your facilitation skills and your knowledge of DiSC, you can run a DiSC workshop without going through this certification. You can design your own facilitation materials or use ours. All of our Everything DiSC facilitation kits are designed for maximum effectiveness when used with their corresponding profile. They are also designed for ease of use for trainers and learning professionals.

You will receive access to your own personal DiSC assessment as part of this course. Your personal learner access will include Everything DiSC Workplace and Worksmart.

If you were previously certified in a different version of DISC or are interested in learning more about Everything DiSC® without completing the certification, you can access an Everything DiSC Foundations course with the purchase of the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE). CPE provides all of the facilitation materials you need to run your workshops, as well as learning resources and connections with a practitioner community.
Yes! We offer a 2-hour, virtual DiSC workshop for teams or groups for $995 (assessments sold separately). We also offer in-person workshops and custom workshops to meet your needs. Contact us for details.
